Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered to you as pre-orders. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a made-to-order product that is not yet in stock. The full payment is collected at checkout. Estimated delivery is 1-2 months from the date of your order, as stated on the product page.

You can cancel your pre-order free of charge at any time before production has started, by contacting us at info@lepurbullion.com.

If we are unable to proceed with production of a specific model, color or size — for example, due to insufficient demand — we will notify you by email and issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
